FAQs

Is there a monthly or annual contract?

There are NO annual contracts with ClearVue financial products, and you can modify or terminate this arrangement at any time. That said, we prefer to work with individuals and families who intend to use our services for at least six (6) months.

What’s your refund policy?

ClearVue Financial bills our planning fees each month in arrears. In other words, clients pay for work they received the month prior, making refunds unwarranted. However, if you terminate our Premier Planning agreement before the end of your billing cycle, we reserve the right to charge a pro-rata fee based on the number of days you've utilized our services that month.

Example: If you would like to cancel your premier plan after 20 days of service, we can charge $30 for the time of service based on a per diem of $1.50 ($45 ÷ 30 days), multiplied by Service days 20 (calendar days).

Will my monthly fee renew automatically?

Premier planning fees are paid from a debit or credit card each month and billed month-to-month.

How often will we meet?

Meeting frequency is typically based on client preference, but we should meet at least once annually. We will discuss a schedule that meets your preferences, e.g., monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually.

Do you offer savings accounts?

We offer taxable brokerage (investment) and retirement accounts for individuals and small businesses. During client onboarding, we can determine which option best suits your savings objectives.

* What fees do you charge to invest?

ClearVue Financial uses a wrap fee program where we professionally manage your portfolio in a wrap account for a flat annual fee billed monthly or quarterly, depending on which trading we use to manage investments.

**For investment-only clients, our investment management fee is 0.80% annually. Premier planning clients receive a 0.25% discount on their investment management fee, making their annual fee 0.55%.

Do you sell life insurance?

We do not sell commission-based products, receive referral fees, or receive other forms of compensation outside of the prices stated on our pricing page. However, as licensed financial planners and insurance practitioners, we help design your insurance plan so you can shop for affordable solutions that meet your insurance goals.

Additional Disclosures

Tax Planning & Legacy/Estate Planning: ClearVue Financial owns ClearVue Tax Advisors, LLC, a separately operated tax firm that prepares tax returns and consults on tax matters. However, all legal work outside basic estate plan consulting, e.g., drafting legal documents, recommending, and interpreting the law, is referred to licensed legal professionals.
